Any one following this series? It's really good. I have yet to find out who the new sessions directors are(if their different from the first). My favoritefrom the first session(so far, I have still not seen them all) was Stuart Gordon's Dreams In The Witch-House. John Carpenter's Cigerette Burns was alittle disappointing.

I've watched several of them and I thought Argento's, Jenifer was wild! Miike's Impact was solid, too.

The first ep of the new season, Tobe Hooper's, 'The Damned Thing' has been getting pretty good reviews. Good to see Hooper doing something worthwhile; the last movie of his I saw , MORTUARY, was mostly an embarrasment.

MORTUARY was a terrible movie. It would be nice to see a good film from Hooper again

I have only seen the first half of Mortuary. Is it really that bad?

I suppose the first half isn't that terrible and there are some bits in the second half that are alright. Maybe it was the cop-out ending and the mishandled goonies-sque relationship that soured the whole thing.

Oh my!!! You got it! I really thought of the Goonies when I saw this.

Just watched Larry Cohen's Pick Me Up and John McNaughton's Haeckel's Tale. Great movies.
McNaughton's has become one of my favorites. It's nice to see him doing a horror movie again. I was a little worried...
Cohen's is really good too, up there with his best.
